🎲 What is GamePlan?
Skip the group-chat chaos. Share a link, collect everyone's availability, and lock in the best time to play.
✨ Creating an event
Pick an emoji, colour tag, and event name.
Pick the dates and a daily time range to poll, then set your time zone.
Hit Create and share the link with your group.
Optionally set a 4-digit organiser PIN. It can't be changed or recovered later. If you add a PIN, you may edit, finalize, or delete the event only after entering the right name and PIN.
🗓️ Filling in availability
Open the shared link and enter your name.
Tap time slots by date to mark your availability.
Optionally set a PIN to secure your data.
All changes are autosaved — the dot at the top-right turns green when everything is synced.
🔒 Privacy & sessions
Sign-in is anonymous — no account or email required.
Any PIN you set is permanent — it can't be recovered if you lose it.
Your session locks after 30 minutes of inactivity. You'll need to re-enter your PIN to keep editing.
